December 2024: The bees are just waking up in the northern hemisphere, so it will be a few months before 2024 honey is ready, but most apiaries have plenty from the last season in stock

Depending upon the season we have safflower honey, apple blossom honey, toyon honey, white and black sage honey, orange blossom honey, raspberry honey etc. None of our honeys are flavored. Our honey is raw and unfiltered, and gets its natural flavor from the particular crop the bees are pollinating : -)!.
