November 2024: The bees are just waking up in the northern hemisphere, so it will be a few months before 2024 honey is ready, but most apiaries have plenty from the last season in stock

blossoms) is a woodsy very mild honey. Summer Blend (mostly clover) is the flavor most people are familiar with and is a simp sweet honey.
Wildflower (a blend of summer flowers) is a sweeter darker honey that is perfect for those who have a real sweet tooth
