November 2024: The bees are just waking up in the northern hemisphere, so it will be a few months before 2024 honey is ready, but most apiaries have plenty from the last season in stock

Basswood (Linden tree blossoms) is a woodsy very mild honey. Summer Blend (mostly clover) is the flavor most people are familiar with and is a simp sweet honey.
