This honey is especially light, sweet, and aromatic. This batch started crystallizing early so it doesn't appear as clear in the jar, but heated or spread on toast it melts beautifully. Full of nutritious pollen!!!! . Our honey is bottled in glass jars, making this a great gift! As always, we donate our love of bees, our time, the cost of bees and the equipment. ALL funds collected are set aside for future charitable endeavors. Enjoy and thank you for your support.
