December 2024: The bees are just waking up in the northern hemisphere, so it will be a few months before 2024 honey is ready, but most apiaries have plenty from the last season in stock

Our indoor observation hives let you watch live bees coming in and out of the hive, and convert nectar into honey, which they store in honeycomb cells that the beekeepers will later harvest. You will also learn about the life of a bee and their importance to our ecosystem. After you tour our facility, visit our Farm Market to purchase the fresh honey made on-site, as well as some of our premium pure and natural honey products!
