December 2024: The bees are just waking up in the northern hemisphere, so it will be a few months before 2024 honey is ready, but most apiaries have plenty from the last season in stock

Because there is no "organic" honey in the US, we chose to be certified by an organization known as Certified Naturally Grown and produce honey within those guidelines. CNG is as close as you can get to nature! We cannot guarantee that our bees do not forage on plants that have been sprayed (bees forage 2-5 miles away from their hive), but we do our best to provide adequate and clean forage on our farm.
