***first***. Local natural raw honey. Not heated or pasteurized. Ray local honey crystalizes with temperature fluctuations, unlike mass-produced
honey in the grocery store, which does not crystalize. To melt the crystals, boil water and turn off heat. Place jar into the hot water. Cover.
Remove and shake after 15 minutes. Repeat until the crystals are dissolved. Heating over 110 degrees or microwaving raw honey kills the
