November 2024: The bees are just waking up in the northern hemisphere, so it will be a few months before 2024 honey is ready, but most apiaries have plenty from the last season in stock

    Our bees gather nectar from a wide variety of native and urban wildflowers found in the Brookshire - Fulshear - Simonton - Pattison area west of Houston. Our flavored honeys include cinnamon, lavender, lemon and ginger, and sweet heat.

Payment: Cash, only. We are new hobby honey producers. Honey is generally sold out by word of mouth a short time, so please inquire by email ***first***. Local natural raw honey. Not heated or pasteurized. Ray local honey crystalizes with temperature fluctuations, unlike mass-produced honey in the grocery store, which does not crystalize. To melt the crystals, boil water and turn off heat. Place jar into the hot water. Cover. Remove and shake after 15 minutes. Repeat until the crystals are dissolved. Heating over 110 degrees or microwaving raw honey kills the beneficial enzymes. (ADDED: June 14, 2020)

The floral source of our honey is Southeast Texas Wildflowers,  an excellent taste. The soaps are homemade with lye and contain honey or beeswax.. Our lip balms contain sweet almond oil, Beeswax, honey, aloe vera gel, vitamin E oil and scent.
